    Thangla Craft Corner is a Tibetan store which was established in 1985.  The store is run by Thinley Woebar (Jonor) and his family. Jonor was born on the way to Nepal from Tibet while his parents escaped from the brutal force of communist China’s occupation of Tibet in 1959.

    Jonor grew up and his Primary education in Tashi Palkhiel Tibetan Refugee Settlement. Currently he is the president of Regional Local assembly (Sane Dotsok). He was a former President  of Regional Tibetan Freedom movement and secretary of Tibetan Youth Congress as well.

    Thangla Crafts Corner carries the finest quality Tibetan items, including Tibetan Buddhist ritual instruments, Buddhist meditation accessories, home décor and ethic jewellery. Thangla Crafts Corner is particularly highly specialized in Tibetan singing bowls both in casting bowl and master healing singing bowl.
